Hi, I'm Sha'Mika, the owner and creative designer behind Pretty Prints & Events. A little about me outside of my creative business, I wear several hats. I'm a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician and a Notary Public, careers that have taught me the importance of precision, integrity, and serving others with excellence. Those same values are at the heart of everything I create at Pretty Prints & Events. My favorite title, however, isn't one I've earned through school or work—it's God~Mom. Being able to pour love, encouragement, and guidance into my Goddaughters is one of my life's greatest blessings. I was born and raised in the small town of Farmville, Virginia, where I learned the value of community, hard work, and treating people like family. Those values continue to shape both my life and my business today. When I'm not designing custom creations, you'll probably find me shopping for my next favorite find, spending time with the people I love, or building LEGO® sets. What started as simple curiosity has quickly become a fun way to relax, challenge my creativity, and appreciate great design from a different perspective.
